  1. What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Only items which arrived damaged may be returned. The packaging must be unopened and the product unused.

 

  1. How long do we have to return or exchange an item bought online?

Damaged items must be returned within [3] business days of receipt, so you must check the contents as soon as practicable.

 

3.            What is the shipping procedure for returns?

i.              Please call Mayborn at: +1 203 290 3212 between, 9:00 AM EST and 5:00PM EST Monday to Friday to make arrangements for your return. You will then be provided with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and instructions.

ii.             Mayborn will subsequently arrange for the Product(s) to be collected by its nominated carrier. Depending on which carrier it is, you will either be asked to contact them, or in the case of larger items you will be called to arrange a collection time.

iii.            Before returning any Product(s) please check that you have:

o              Received an RMA number from Mayborn (issued on request);

o              Enclosed all items in box, including warranties and other material supplied unless informed otherwise;

o              Used all packaging that was originally supplied;

o              Clearly displayed the returns address and the RMA number;

o              Sealed the packaging securely.

iv.           Following these steps will help ensure the Product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Product(s) being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a refund.

v.            Please note that Mayborn reserves the right to reject any Product(s) that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.

4.            How will we receive refunds for my order?

Any refunds will be processed via our original form of payment.

5.            Cancelation policy:

i.              Orders Cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will not incur a cancellation fee.

ii.             Orders Cancelled AFTER 24 hours of purchase will incur a 25% restocking fee (Restocking fee covers shipping, storage, and associated fees incurred).

6.            Can online items be returned in a store that sells Tommee Tippee products?

No.

7.            Right of refusal

Mayborn reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use mayborngroupusa.com, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
